BERNICE (UPCHURCH) WEST, age 92 of Jamestown, passed away on Friday, March 25, 2016 at SIGNATURE HEALTH CARE OF FENTRESS CO.
Funeral Service will be Sunday, March 27, 2016 at 3:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown. Burial will follow in the FENTRESS MEMORIAL GARDENS.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 26, 2016 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.
She is survived by her:
