BETTY JUNE (UPCHURCH) HOLT, age 86 of Jamestown, passed away on Monday, December 12, 2016 at SIGNATURE HEALTH CARE OF FENTRESS CO.
Funeral service will be Thursday, December 15, 2016 at 10:00 AM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown. Burial will follow in the FENTRESS MEMORIAL GARDENS.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.
She is survived by her:
Son, RONNIE HOLT and Fiancée BONNIE SHULTS
Daughter, CONNIE CHOATE and husband GARY
Granddaughters, LEANNA GARRETT and husband JEFF
ERIN HANCOCK and husband DAVID
