BRAD ORLEN CRABTREE, age 38 of Jamestown, passed away on Friday, December 4, 2015 at JAMESTOWN REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER.
Funeral service will be Sunday, December 6, 2015 at 7:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.
Burial will follow on Monday, December 7, 2015 at 10:00 AM at the FENTRESS MEMORIAL GARDENS.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 6, 2015 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.
He is survived by his:
