Passed away on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at Cumberland Medical Center
Funeral service will be held on Friday, July 1, 2022 at 3 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown with burial to follow in the Fentress Memorial Gardens
Family will receive friends on Friday, July 1, 2022 from 12 Noon – 3 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown
He is survived by:
Father: John Garrett and wife Sheila
Mother: Faye Butterfield and husband Dennis
Brother: Donavan Garrett and wife Heather
Aunts: Elizabeth Brown and husband Charles & Sylvia Cowan and husband Earl
Uncle: Larry Garrett and wife Rhonda

He was preceded in death by:
Grandparents: Victor and Hazel Garrett & Sheldon and Wilma Dean Buck
