Passed away Monday January 15th, 2018 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

​Funeral servives for Mr. Dave Terry will be held Thursday January 18th, 2018 at 7 P.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown. Entombment will follow on Friday January 19th, 2018 at 10 A.M. at the Fentress Memorial Gardens. Military Service will be conducted at Fentress Memorial Gardens by American Legion Post 137.

​The family will receive friends Thursday January 18th, 2018 from 4 P.M. - 7 P.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown.

Wife: Vivian Terry

Sons: Lyndon Wright and wife Sherry & Matthew South

Grandchildren: Ashley Conatser and husband Matthew, Shawn Wright and wife Hannah, & Kaci South

Sisters: Sue Parker and husband Eddie & June Sullivan

​Sisters: Ann Green, Jewell Chance, Willie Garrett,Virginia Jones, and Jean Pullins.
