Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at 1 P.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown, with burial to follow in the Fentress Memorial Gardens

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 from 5 P.M. – 8 P.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown

She is survived by:
