Funeral services will be held on Saturday February 9, 2019 at 2 P.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown with burial to follow in the Fentress Memorial Gardens.

Family will receive friends on Friday February 8, 2019 from 6 P.M. - 8 P.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown

Son: Roger Crouch and wife Anne

Daughter-in-law: Helen Taylor

Grandchildren: Keith Crouch, David Crouch and wife Ginger, Melanie Higginbotham and husband John, Kevin Crouch and wife Heather, & Kenyon Crouch and fiancé Lisa

Great-grandchildren: Trent Crouch and partner Emily Hicks, Emma Crouch, and Justin Higginbotham
