Frank Tate Obituary
FRANK TATE, age 60 of Jamestown, passed away on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at COOKEVILLE REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER.
Funeral services will be Saturday, September 23, 2017 at 3:00 PM at the PINE HAVEN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL GYMNASIUM. Burial will follow in the FENTRESS MEMORIAL GARDENS.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 23, 2017 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the PINE HAVEN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL GYMNASIUM.
He is survived by his:

Children, TRAVIS TATE and wife CYNTHIA
