Passed away on Friday May 21, 2021 at her home

Jean was a graduate of Alvin C. York Institute. Her favorite Bible verse was Psalm 23. And, She was a faithful member of Allardt First Baptist Church.

Funeral service will be held on Monday, May 24, 2021 at 10 A.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown with Bro. Daryl Rains officiating, with burial to follow in the Fentress Memorial Gardens

Family will receive friends on Sunday, May 23, 2021 from 5 P.M. – 8 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown

She is survived by:

Husband: William C. (Bill) Potter

Daughter: Teresa Smith and husband Jeff

Son: Jeff Potter and wife Teresa

Sisters: Peggy Jo Pressnell and husband Jerry & Wanda Alley

Brother: Gordon Sutton

7 Grandchildren & 15 Great-Grandchildren

A host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends

She was preceded in death by:

Father: Alfred (Bowser) Sutton

Mother: Florence Sutton

Brothers: Al Sutton and Bill Sutton

Sister-in-law: Leeta Troy Sutton
