John Timothy Cook

John Timothy Cook, age 59 of Allardt, passed away on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at 10:00 am at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.  Burial will follow in the Fentress Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends on Friday, August 13, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.

John is survived by his:
Wife, Tammy (Cooper) Cook
Sons, Zachary Cook and wife Jessica
         Alexander Cook and wife Bethany
         Bradley Cook
Grandsons, Gracen and Theo Cook
Mother, Patsy (Cravens) Cook
Brother, David Cook and wife Malinda

He is preceded in death by his:
