Maggie Ellen (Blevins) Mitchell

Maggie Mitchell, age 93, of Jamestown, TN, wife of the late Dr. Lonza Mitchell, passed away Tuesday May 10, 2016 at her home.

Mrs. Mitchell is survived by grandson, James Mitchell and wife, Jenny; granddaughter, Jessica Cornejo and husband, Carlos; great-grandchildren, Emma and Elaina; special nieces, Anita Rivera and  husband, Richard, Yvonne Wilson and husband, Ken; great niece and nephew, Whitney and Matthew; and special friends, Linda Cooper and Pam Johnson.

Mrs. Mitchell was preceded in death by husband, Dr. Lonza Mitchell; parents, William and Pearl Roysdon Blevins; son, Keith Mitchell; brothers, Edgar Blevins, Copper Blevins and Walter Blevins; and sister, Mable Blevins.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the Mundy Funeral Home with Rev. Donald Padget officiating. Burial followed in the Fentress Memorial Gardens. Family and friends served as pallbearers.

Mundy Funeral Home of Jamestown, Tennessee was in charge of the services.
