Mildred Elene (Conley) Sparks

MILDRED E. (CONLEY) SPARKS, age 90 of Jamestown, passed away on Sunday, February 8, 2015 at SIGNATURE HEALTH CARE OF FENTRESS CO.  

Funeral Service will be Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at 2:30 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.  Burial will follow in the FENTRESS MEMORIAL GARDENS.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.



She is survived by her:
Daughters, BERTA COWENS and Husband ROBERT of Gallatin, TN
            FREDA SPARKS of Jamestown
Sons, CARL SPARKS and Wife RITA of Allardt
      KENNETH SPARKS and Wife ANITA GAIL of Allardt
Sisters, SUE BAKER of Ohio
        PATTY KEYS of Ohio

She is preceded in death by her:
