Rowena Darlene (Manning) Oliver, age 79 of Monterey, passed away on Thursday, June 5, 2025 at the Signature Healthcare of Putnam Co.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2025 at 12:00 noon at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown. Burial will follow in the Fentress Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 7, 2025 from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.
