Teresa (Winningham) Hardy, age 61 of Jamestown, passed away on Sunday, April 13, 2025 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 17, 2025 at 11:00 am at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown. Entombment will follow in the Fentress Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.
