Funeral Services will be held on Thursday September 20, 2018 at 2 P.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown, with burial to follow in the Fentress Memorial Gardens

Family will receive friends on Wednesday September 19, 2018 from 4 P.M. - 8 P.M. at the Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown

Daughters: Debbie Delk Adams and husband David & Patricia Upchurch and husband Doug

Granddaughter: Tiffany Upchurch

Father of her children: Hollins Delk

Sisters: Clatta Bratton and husband Robert, Faye Hoover and husband Ronald, Virginia Lorene Mullinix and husband Bob, & Gloretta Head and husband Ron

Special Niece: Sandra Hall
